NOTES:
1. Registration fee covers onsite attendance to all sessions, all conference materials, luncheons and coffee breaks, and an invitation letter (for visa purpose) only.
2. Registration fee does not cover travel and accommodation costs.
3. Filling-in the registration form is only STEP 1. Registration is incomplete until payment is received.
4. Authors MUST register for their papers to be included in the conference schedule of presentations, abstracts/program, and proceedings.
One (1) registration fee is valid for only one (1) person/participant for one (1) paper presentation.

** Students must provide a copy of their current valid student ID.

To register, CLICK the PAYMENT PORTAL button below. Then, please choose your classification and carefully follow the instructions. You will then be asked to fill-in the online registration form. If credit card payment option is chosen, you will be directed to the secured credit card payment gateway. Please note that an additional 3% is charged to cover the credit card service fee.
ON BEST STUDENT PAPER and PRESENTATION AWARDS
Only entries registered / paid on or before 15 August 2026 (end of early-bird rate period) will be considered.
CERTIFICATES
Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Presentation will be given to all delegates at the conference in Pattaya.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or refund request must be made in writing by email or fax to ICUE 2026 Secretariat. Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received on or before 28 September 2026 (Thailand time).
No refund will be given for cancellations received afterwards.
Any refund will be processed only after the conference
EVENT POSTPONEMENT POLICY
In the event the ICUE 2026 is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the registration fee can be transferred to the newly-scheduled conference dates. However, the ICUE 2026 Organizing Committee does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, changes, or expenses incurred for travel or lodging arrangements.
No refund will be given for cancellations received afterwards.
