Share Your Research at ICUE 2026
The ICUE 2026 invites PhD, Master’s, and Undergraduate students to submit their research for Poster Presentation under the conference theme.
This is an excellent opportunity for emerging researchers to share their research with an international audience, exchange ideas with researchers and fellow students, receive constructive feedback, and gain valuable experience in communicating scientific work through poster presentations at an international forum.
ICUE 2026 welcomes both completed research with scientific results and work-in-progress contributions that present a well-defined research problem, methodology, preliminary findings, or ongoing investigations.
Who Can Submit?
Poster submissions are welcome from:
- PhD students
- Master’s students
- Undergraduate students
Students from relevant disciplines and research areas aligned with the ICUE 2026 conference theme are encouraged to participate.
What Can Be Submitted?
ICUE 2026 welcomes posters presenting:
- Completed research with substantive scientific results
- Ongoing or work-in-progress research
- Innovative research ideas and emerging investigations
- Research projects undertaken as part of undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies
- Interdisciplinary research relevant to the conference theme
Abstract Submission
Students wishing to present a poster should submit a structured abstract for review by email to icue2026@ait.ac.th. Please use “Poster Presentation” as the email subject line.
The abstract should contain the following sections:
Title
Background
Objectives
Methods
Results
Abstract word limit: Max. of 2 pages.
Submission format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF (.pdf)
Each submission should also provide the following information:
- Poster title
- Author name(s)
- Student status: Undergraduate / Master’s / PhD
- Institution/University
- Department/School/Faculty
- Country
- Email address of the presenting author
- Supervisor/Advisor name, where applicable
Best Poster Awards
Best Poster Awards will be presented to outstanding poster presentations.
Important Dates
Call for Poster Abstracts: 25 September 2026
Notification of Acceptance: 04 October 2026
Poster Submission Deadline: 10 October 2026
Poster Presentation: 28 – 30 October 2026
Student Registration Fee
The registration fee for poster presenters: THB 4000 per student
The registration fee covers participation in the conference and poster presentation, including access to keynote addresses, plenary panel discussions, technical sessions, and other scheduled sessions included in the conference programme, as well as a certificate of poster presentation. Accommodation will be available to student poster presenters on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
