Camera Ready Instructions

Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper for ICUE 2026. Please read the following information carefully while preparing your final files for submission.

Step 1: Conference registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their papers.

Please read carefully the information in ‘REGISTRATION FEES and POLICIES’  concerning the registration policies: https://icue2026.ait.ac.th/fees-and-policies

One (1) registration fee is valid for only one (1) person/participant for one (1) paper presentation. Only 1 extra paper (maximum) allowed per registered participant (see extra paper fee).

  • Choose your payment option in the portal:
  1. Credit card
  2. Bank Transfer (Thailand Participants)
  3. Bank Transfer (International Participants)
  • After choosing, you will be directed to the registration form. Please fill in your transaction details and submit the form. A copy of your response will be sent to your email address. 
  • If you choose the Credit Card option, you will be directed to the payment gateway immediately after submitting the form. 
  • Once we verify your payment, you will receive an official receipt within 3–7 working days.

Step 2: Prepare your revised final manuscript

       Address all reviewers’ comments and revise your paper accordingly before submitting the final camera-ready version. Please ensure that your final manuscript file is completely clean. Remove all text highlights, colored text, or any markings that were used to indicate modifications made during the peer-review process. Remove the special session code from the abstract (if any). Please make sure that your paper contains no headers, no footers, and no page numbers. Do not include any copyright notice at the bottom of the first page. This information will be added by the conference publication team.

Important Remarks:

  • After the submission of your final files, the camera ready paper will be reviewed once more before submission to IEEE Xplore, and will not be published if: (i) The reviewer’s comments/observations are not incorporated (ii) Similarity index/ AI generated text etc. or self-citation is high (iii) PDF does not comply with the IEEE template instructions such as paper length, margins, and fonts embedding. 
  • The authors’ list provided at submission cannot be changed. If the authors’ list in the final files is different from the authors’ list of the accepted paper, there is a very high chance the manuscript will be rejected.
  • Please ensure that the final manuscript must follow the IEEE Conference Proceedings Manuscripts style (two-column, single-spaced, 10-point font) with a page limit of max. 6 printed pages. Do not include any author biography at the end.
  • Please check your final manuscript carefully for errors and consistency. Pay attention to dimensional units, standard definitions, and quantities.
  • Please make sure that all Figures and Tables are of high quality and their content is easily readable.
  • Before you commence the final submission process, please make sure all author information in the manuscript is correct and complete.

Step 3: IEEE-Xplore-compatible PDF generation

The final paper must be converted into PDF using the IEEE PDF eXpress. PDF files generated in a different way might not be IEEE Xplore-compliant and could be rejected. Any changes made in the final manuscript after PDF eXpress conversion may invalidate Xplore compatibility.  

The instructions to generate an IEEE-Xplore-compatible PDF file using the IEEE PDF eXpress web tool are listed below:

1. Before Creating a PDF: Proofread your source document thoroughly before creating a PDF. No revisions should be needed after this point.

2. Creating Your PDF eXpress Account

      # Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site.

      # First-time users:

  1. Create an account.
  2. Enter: 70368X for ICUE2026 Conference ID, your email address, and a password.
  3. Continue as prompted. A confirmation will be displayed and emailed to you.

      # Previous users: follow the same steps using your existing password. Verify your contact information is current.

Step 4: Final paper submission

After completing the IEEE PDF eXpress approval process, please upload the approved camera-ready PDF through the author console in CMT before the deadline specified in your email.

IMPORTANT: 1. Upload IEEE PDF eXpress® approved PDF without changing file name.

                         2. Also, upload word file of final paper. Please rename this word file using “Paper ID” only. (e.g., “286.doc”).

Step 5: IEEE copyright transfer form submission

To include your accepted paper in the IEEE Xplore digital library, one of the authors must fill and sign the IEEE copyright transfer form.

Click on “Submit IEEE Copyright Form” on main CMT author console and follow the below steps:

  1. Click on “here” to redirect to the IEEE Copyright website. It will take to IEEE Publication Agreement Page, and follow the given steps & verify credentials.
  2. Please read and sign [Type your name] the IEEE Copyright Transfer and confirm to submit.
  3. Download this IEEE Copyright Form and upload it on CMT portal under “IEEE Copyright Form Submission”.

Final Step: Submit the Details

To complete your registration, please submit your final details using the Google Form
